Community Outreach Events
As an organization that focuses solely on our local veterans, we like to give back to them as much as possible. Going beyond lending a hand, we also celebrate Alamance County Veterans through local events such as festivals, concerts and more. Each event raises money for the organization to continue to provide to our Veterans.
Other Services We Provide
• Provide Transportation to Medical Centers for Veterans
• Assist Veterans with Yard Cleanup
• Assist Veterans with Accessibility (ramps, flooring, handicap bathroom upfits)
• Assist Veterans with Utility Payments, Taxes, Food, Clothing, Gas, Rent Living Expenses
• Work with Local Legislators to assist Veterans
• Assist Veterans with Christmas Cheer
• Participating in Numerous Outreach Events (Farmers Day, VFW Organizations, Alamance Co. Memorial Day Ceremony, Motorcycle Rides, Military Appreciation events, etc.)
•Chesnut Ridge Campus (Diversion/Decompression Retreat) Development and Fundraising.
