5:00 – 6:30 AM – balloonists/event staff & volunteers

6:30 – 10:00 AM - Open to those with parking pass (one-way traffic into the park)

10:30 AM – Open the road to two-way traffic

11:00 PM – Close the park

    • 5:00 PM Weather briefing in Pilot Tent/Match sponsors with Pilots

    • 5:30PM Launch window opens for Sponsor Flight

  • Concert

    • Two bands – 1st band:  3:00-5:00  -2nd band: 7:00 - 9:00 PM
