How do I schedule a tethered balloon ride?

Go to the balloon tent where you will schedule and pay for tethered balloon rides.

What happens in the case of inclement, unfavorable, or unsafe weather conditions?

This event is weather dependent, meaning some or all of the events may be postponed or cancelled in the event of inclement, unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions. There is no rain date for this event and there will be no refunds in the event of inclement weather.

• Lawn Chairs

• Blankets

• Small Umbrellas

• Unopened bottles of water

• Small bag with snacks

• Small purses /diaper bags

 

Items NOT permitted:

• Large coolers

• Weapons

• Drones

• Pop up tents (with the exception of approved vendors)

• Large umbrella

• No aggressive animals

Where is the Customer Service tent located?

You can find the Customer Service tent at the entrance of the festival area. If you have any questions, need first aid or if you need to check lost and found, there will be someone there to help!

​Entrants and participants, by execution of this application, hold harmless ALCOVETS, Alamance County or any other sponsor or vendor and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives or anyone else connected with the production or assistance with this event from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any causes whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or participants to his/her person or property.
